Android Smartphone Which Costs € 3.50

It is only recently available a first video hands on one and a half minutes that allows you to get a clearer idea of Freedom 251, its build quality and performance. Good vision:

We anticipated yesterday this article and now it’s official. It’s called Freedom 251 and is the world’s cheapest Android smartphone according to Ablogtophone (it would be more correct to say sold at the lowest price since the manufacturing cost is still higher than actual sales).

Freedom is 251 launched in India priced at 3.50 € (three euros and fifty cents) due to the Indian Government that has stimulated the production contributing directly to the lowering of the purchase price in order to encourage the spread of smartphones in the country.

A product therefore subsidized and that obviously doesn’t cost 3.50 € in production but that thanks to the Government becomes the cheapest android ever. The features are quite interesting and also see the presence of a 4-inch qHD screen (960 x 540) processor Mediatek from 1.3 GHz quad-core, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB of internal memory, microSD, 3.2 MP camera, 3 g connectivity and rear from 0.3 MP, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and a battery from 1450mAh, all powered by Android 5.1 Lollipop.

Freedom 251 will have 1 year warranty and there will be over 650 service centers across the nation.
