San FRANCISCO-Apple’s smart watch begins to be sold on Friday in the world, marking the company’s first product to be developed under the command of Chief Executive Tim Cook and after months of advertising and high level of advance orders.

Consumers can get a clock on the iPhone manufacturer in boutiques and department stores in cities such as Berlin, London, Los Angeles and Tokyo, after the Apple have promoted the product as a fashion item.

The lack of lines at the Apple stores will complicate the task of assessing the demand for the watch, which comes in 38 versions with prices ranging from $349 to $10000.
